Porcelain dielectric paste is injected into the tape of tape casting machine according to the technological requirements, and then dried by tape drying, it becomes the dielectric material of capacitor (ceramic dielectric film). Each laminated layer is pressed by a press and then printed to form a component block.
In order to make the structure of the bars compact, the bars are packed in plastic film bags, sealed after vacuum evacuation, placed in hot water in the container, and the sealing of the container is pressurized to more than 30 Mpa. The loose structure of the components becomes uniform and compact after uniform pressure in the water, which ensures the consistency of the electrical performance indexes of the components and effectively improves the quality of the products.
No matter what kind of operation the laminator is applied to, its working principle is the same. That is to put some pressure on the surface of multilayered substances and press them together tightly. The difference is that according to the purpose of lamination, the conditions of lamination are different.
